Service Agreement Terms

At WEAVE Social Finance, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional financial services and maintaining transparent relationships with our clients. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which services may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.

All services provided by WEAVE Social Finance are governed by individual service agreements. Clients are encouraged to review their specific agreement terms, as they may contain additional provisions relevant to cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:

  • Consultation services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty
  • Advisory service agreements may be terminated with 30 days written notice
  • Investment product cancellations are subject to market conditions and regulatory requirements
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to edwardbriscoe@weavesocialfin.com

Refund Process

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Consultation fees are fully refundable if cancelled within the specified timeframe
  • Advisory service fees are prorated based on services rendered up to the cancellation date
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction

Please note that certain fees, such as third-party transaction costs or regulatory filing fees, may be non-refundable as they are passed through to external entities.

Exceptions & Special Cases

The following situations may warrant special consideration:

  • Emergency circumstances or unforeseen events may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Investment products are subject to market regulations and may have specific redemption terms
  • Long-term service agreements may include early termination fees as specified in the contract
